Our current, direct discounted charges for double occupancy accommodation, for stays of 2 nights or more are from £69.00 per person, per night. There are discounts for longer bookings and larger groups.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a provisional booking.
For visits up to three nights, the first night's payment is required.
For four or more night's visits, the deposit to be agreed with Dilston Mill
Deposit payments may be made by bank transfer or cheque.
Balance payments may be made by bank transfer or cash
Holiday insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances and cancellations.

Cancellations Policy

Visitors
Every effort will be made to take a substitute booking, in which case, 50 percent of your deposit will be returned. If there is a 'no show', or the booking is cancelled less than 21 days before the visit and no other booking can be made for that date,the balance of the full booking fee will be due

Covid & exceptional circumstances
Refunds will receive special consideration on an individual basis. Re-booking for later dates due to Covid restrictions can be done at no extra charge. 

Dilston Mill
If in unforeseen circumstances a cancellation is made, the deposit will be returned and every effort will be made to find accommodation of a similar standard.
